Weekly Monday lunchtime meetings to pray, and practise songs, skits and games, all finally came to fruition on Tuesday 7th July, when 19 pupils and three staff left the chilly climate of Christchurch for the tropical temperatures of Tonga. This mission trip had been a focus for the group for over 9 months.
The focus of the trip itself was to be a blessing to the people of Tonga, to bless God and to be blessed ourselves. These prayers were answered, for which we give God the praise.
